A leaky gutter left for a long time had kept the front corner of this deck wet. Extensive rot was found in the post, support bearers and balustrade. The balustrade requires complete replacement and the handrails were not practically usable in this case. In addition, some of the support structure, bearers and joists in addition to the decking boards, needed replacement. Nov 2023
