Deck rebuild for a townhouse. A significant part of this deck and its supporting structure needed replacement. Many of the attachment points to the rendered brick columns had all but rusted through. And this deck sits about 3.5m above ground! It was decidedly unsafe. Remedial works made it safe again and attention to detail turned potential liability back into a quality feature of the property.
