Do I need to be home for a quote?
Not always. In some cases, a quote can be provided based on photos and a clear description. You can also let us know if we can get access to the area you want to work on while you’re not there. This can help streamline getting your job done.
For many repairs a site visit may be required to properly quote.
How long does it take to get a response?
Most SMS TXT enquiries are responded to within 1–2 business days.
Emails are checked reliably once a week. 😉
